I'm Aidan Love — 22, first-time dad, hybrid athlete, and coach. I wake up at 3:30am to run and lift before the world starts, so I can be fully present for my son when it counts. I built these programs so you can do the same.
The hours nobody sees are the ones that build the person everyone notices.
— Aidan, Built by LoveI'm Aidan Love — born and raised in Arizona, ASU grad with a degree in Sports Business, and someone who has spent the last five years living and breathing the fitness industry. I manage a gym for my day job. I've been training since sophomore year of high school, used to run the court playing basketball, and somewhere along the way fell in love with running roads and lifting heavy things instead.
Six months ago my fiancée and I became first-time parents to our son. We've been together eight years — she's been there through every early morning, every late night, every version of me. The 3:30am alarm didn't start because I read it in a book. It started because I needed to find time that belonged to me before the day belonged to everyone else.
I'm not perfect. I love food, I try new restaurants, I cheat on my nutrition — and I'll never pretend otherwise. What I am is consistent. Knowledgeable. And genuinely invested in helping guys like me — dads, working men, busy people — figure out how to build something real without blowing up their lives to do it.
Run. Lift. Both. Building an engine and a physique at the same time is hard — and more rewarding than either alone.
Muscle building, fat loss, endurance, nutrition — I know the science and I live it. You get expertise and lived experience, not just content.
Train early so you can show up fully for the people who matter. The workout is the means — being present is the point.
You're not just building a body. You're building the man you want your kids to see — and the one you actually want to be.
Your whole world just changed. Sleep-deprived, schedule flipped, still trying to be the man your kid deserves. These programs are built around your real life — not a fictional one where you have two free hours a day.
Full-time job, real responsibilities, limited time. You want to get in shape but most programs assume you're a full-time athlete. Work 6–2 or 9–5 — we find the window and we use it.
You've seen the content. You feel the pull. You just haven't pulled the trigger. Whether it's building muscle, losing weight, or running your first 5K — pick a program and let's go. Starting is the whole thing.
Two ways to work with Aidan — a self-guided training plan to get started, or full 1-on-1 coaching for the guys who are ready to go all in.
No complicated onboarding. Just a clear path from where you are to where you want to be.
Not sure? Start with the Training Plan to test the method. Ready to commit? Apply for coaching.
Quick intake: your schedule, goals, experience level, and what's held you back before.
Within 48 hours you'll have a program built for your life — not someone else's highlight reel.
Early mornings, consistency, and check-ins. That's the whole formula. I'll be right there with you.
The window exists. 4am, 5am, lunch break, after bedtime — it doesn't matter when. What matters is that you stop waiting for the perfect moment and start building the life you keep talking about.
